The "Apprentice" level may be achieved early by completing the basic training course.
Journeyman & Master levels must be tested as well as meet other requirements.
pretesting may be purchased as a trail run
testing is purchased as an item - student given XX hours to complete exam + project
testing done at private workshop table - camera above to monitor work
failed test must wait 6 months before retesting
Endorsements are added to a student's level certification to highlight areas the student has focused on (handstitch, repair, ...etc.)
